🌿 The shea kernel campaign has started in Burkina Faso! 🌿

At OLVEA, we closely collaborate with women producers’ organizations to purchase our shea kernels. The sales of these precious kernels are based on Collaboration Protocols, ensuring fair and transparent income for thousands of women producers in Burkina Faso.These kernels are then transformed in our own production unit into shea butter (OLVE’True™ Shea), available in various grades: conventional, organic and fair trade.

In preparation for these campaigns, we organize a series of kick-off workshops and talks around our objectives:

✅ Ensure 100% full traceability using our digital tool to guarantee the transparency of our operations.
✅ Implement sustainable practices to reduce our environmental impact.
✅ Effectively manage the Fair trade Development Funds to support local communities.
✅ Encourage women producers to sign up for the INES health and agricultural insurance project, developed in partnership with AXA and L’Oréal.

Thanks to our immediate proximity and direct relationships with shea kernel producers, we promote sustainable and inclusive development for thousands of women in Burkina Faso!
